Welcome to The Amber in Billings, MT! Perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, our fully-furnished townhomes feature full kitchens, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, stylish furnishings, and a dedicated workspace. Relax in the expansive hot tub, enjoy outdoor firepits and BBQ grills with picnic areas, and stay active in the state-of-the-art fitness center.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
