4-Guest bedroom wt 3 bunk beds (3 Queens & 3 Twins): 9 guests

POOL HEATING:

**** Make sure to pay heating fee at least 24 hrs before your arrival.

**** Please make sure to request pool heating at least 24 hrs before arrival.

**** Pool heating has same minimum as minimum night stays.

**** PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:
Our pool is heated by an electric heat pump. However, please note that it works best in mild to warm weather and has some limitations during colder months:

>>The heater will not operate when the air temperature is 42°F or below.
>>>When outside temperatures are below 60°F, the system may still run but heats the water more slowly.
>>>>>The heat pump can typically warm the pool up to about 30°F above the current air temperature.

Important Note: Once the pool heater has been activated for your stay, the heating fee is non-refundable, even if weather conditions prevent the pool from reaching your desired temperature. Please make sure to review this information carefully before requesting pool heat.
