Singer Island’s beautiful beaches and waterfront dining are also just minutes away.

Coastal charm, the comforts of home, and close proximity to beaches, boating, snorkeling, diving, watersports, and Down Town West Palm Beach make this two-bedroom cottage special. Centrally located and fully-equipped it's ideal for all, whether you're on vacation or here for business.
The property is entirely fenced/gated, creating your own secluded getaway.
Parking is easy and free on the driveway, plus there's free on-street parking.
Location, location!
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with a Publix supermarket just a few blocks away. Restaurants, dive shops, bait/tackle, Walgreens, boat launches, boat rental/kayak rentals are in walking distance and/or just a few minutes drive.
The ferry to famous Peanut Island is just a 5 minute drive to the south.
Singer Island is on the other side of the Blue Heron Bridge.
Manatee Lagoon is a fun place to visit - also a few minutes drive down the road. Here you can learn about manatees and even see them swimming in the winter months.
The backyard provides what you need for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment, including:
- Patio
- Dining table and chairs for six people
- Propane fire pit and seating area
- New BBQ grill
- Putting green with golf clubs and balls
