Summit Trails Retreat is a newly built 3-story modern cabin that sleeps 16 guests across 4 bedrooms and a bunk loft, with 4 full bathrooms and a half bath. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame panoramic Smoky Mountain views from nearly every room. Inside, you'll find a heated convertible indoor pool, a private home theater, a fully loaded game room, a hot tub, fire pit, and upscale finishes throughout. It's located just minutes from both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg—close to everything but tucked away enough to feel like a true retreat.

MAIN LEVEL
The main level is where you'll spend most of your downtime. A spacious great room opens up to panoramic mountain views through oversized windows, with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV—one of the best spots in the cabin to watch the sun go down over the Smokies.
The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an island with seating for four, and a built-in coffee and wine bar. It's fully stocked with cookware, small appliances, and tableware, so you can cook for the whole group without having to pack anything from home. The dining area seats eight at the main table with four more at the round butler table—plenty of room for everyone.
The main-level master suite has a King bed, fireplace, and Roku TV. The ensuite bathroom feels like a spa, with a double vanity, oversized soaking tub, and large walk-in shower. A washer and dryer are also on this level for convenience.

UPPER LEVEL
The upper-level loft has two full-size bunk beds and a TV, sleeping up to eight. It's a great dedicated space for kids, teens, or a group of friends who want their own hangout area away from the main living space.

LOWER LEVEL
The lower level is where things get fun. This is the entertainment floor—home to the game room, theater, indoor pool, three additional bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and access to the outdoor deck.
Game Room
The game room is stacked with a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, air hockey, a Roku TV, comfortable seating, and a wet bar. Whether it's a rainy afternoon or a late night with the group, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained.
Home Theater
Your private movie experience includes six reclining theater chairs, three bar-top seats behind them, and a large flat-screen HDTV. Pick a movie, dim the lights, and settle in.
Indoor Pool
The heated convertible indoor pool lets you swim year-round regardless of the weather. It's a huge hit with families and a feature you won't find in most Smoky Mountain cabins.
Lower-Level Bedrooms
Three additional bedrooms are located on this level, all with King beds and Roku TVs. One includes a private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. The other two share a hall bathroom, also with a double vanity. Every bedroom on this floor has easy access to the game room, pool, and outdoor deck.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step out onto the lower deck and you're met with sweeping mountain views, a hot tub, fire pit, and charcoal grill. It's the perfect setup for morning coffee overlooking the ridgeline or winding down around the fire after a long day in the park.
