Imagine waking up on Manasota Key to the amazing pool area and ocean views out your front door. The soft glow of morning light filtering through tall sliding doors leading to the the huge pool, hot tub and lounging area. You step into the amazing kitchen where cool marble floors meet your feet and the gorgeous quartz island becomes the natural gathering spot for everyone—coffee brewing, kids chattering, and looking out at the pool with anticipation. From the living room, kitchen, master suite and additional bedroom, the entire home seems to breathe with the outdoors as all of these rooms have slider doors out to the resort-style outdoor pool area. The sliding doors create a seamless opening to the screened-in Scandinavian-style pool and hot tub making you feel like you’re already outside the moment the day begins. Maybe someone wanders out early to grab a lounge chair, letting the peaceful tropical landscaping set the tone for a slow, relaxing morning or curls up on the sofa and just relaxes and takes in the pool views before everyone wakes up. The four-bedroom layout gives everyone their own corner of comfort. The adults retreat to the large master suite, complete with two walk-in closets and a spa-like bathroom featuring a luxurious walk-in shower, deep soaker tub and his and her vanities. Another bedroom has its own sliding doors to the pool—perfect for sneaking out for a quiet sunrise swim. Soon, the house is alive with the sounds of breakfast being whipped up on top-of-the-line appliances while others drift between the kitchen and pool, deciding whether today will be a beach day, a pool day, or both. And the best part....the private beach access is literally right across the road (less than a 2 minute walk). You gather the beach chairs—provided for your stay—and wander across to your own peaceful stretch of sand. No crowds, no searching for a spot. Just soft Gulf breezes, ocean water, and endless space to unwind. In the evenings, you watch the sky melt into shades of orange and pink, sometimes from the beach, sometimes right from the front porch where you can glimpse the ocean. Sunsets become a nightly tradition. After dinner, maybe someone pulls out the cornhole boards or plays a game of ping pong (perfect if you end up with a rainy day), the kids laugh in the pool and the pool area offers the best of both worlds, open, breezy, Florida sunshine paired with comfort and protection. There is a partially covered area to get out of the direct sun if you choose with outdoor ceilings fans....perfect for sipping cocktails. The neighborhood itself is quiet, relaxing, and residential—a wonderful place for families, couples, and guests looking to unwind. It’s not the kind of setting suited for loud gatherings or spring-break-style trips, but it’s absolutely perfect for those who appreciate peaceful surroundings and evenings spent under the stars. And with the attached guest house used only for owner storage, you have the entire property completely to yourselves. By the end of the stay, everyone can picture coming back, rinsing the sand off under the outdoor shower. Families, friends, or a mix of both—it’s easy to imagine making memories here. Days flow together in a rhythm of walks along the beach, pool dips, good meals, and slow sunsets. This isn’t just a vacation home. It’s a place where relaxation feels natural, where the outdoors is part of every room, and where your group can truly unwind together on one of Florida’s most beautiful keys in a nice quiet spot with all the amenities, yet away from the crowds. The lush landscaping and gorgeous pool (no bug bites to take home since the pool is screened in) makes it feel like you are at your own private resort. No pets. Pool and hot tub heat is an additional $400 per stay. The property is intended for peaceful use only and is not suitable for parties, wedding or events. Maximum Total Guests are 6 guests.

This gorgeous property makes life on vacation easy. Our family of 4 found the property immaculate. It's location on Manasota Key is ideal for anyone who wants to have total control over their privacy, beach time, and pool time. The house and grounds are beautiful! All towels and bedding that you could ever need are available and of good quality. Our host, Yvonne, responded promptly and was very helpful-she offered to have anything delivered that we could need. The location is ideal with beach access and is surrounded by vegetation around the pool-you have no idea that there are any neighbours there. When we weren't enjoying the beach or enjoying the local restaurants and shops, we enjoyed the games including ping pong ( a HUGE hit with my 13 year olds), cornhole, or streaming our favourite shows on one of the 3 smart tvs. Any conveniences we could have needed were there at our disposal. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to be back!
