Pearl is your private tropical escape, just steps from the sugar – white sands of Captiva Island. She’s a freshly decorated two-bedroom island hideaway with two king beds, plus extra space for bonus humans who never want to leave. Two blocks from Captiva Village, steps from the beach, and zero stoplights between you and total relaxation — Pearl operates on island time only. Mornings are for coffee on the balcony, afternoons are for sunscreen and beach life, and evenings are for sunsets and the picture perfect golden hour. Pearl is breezy, tropical, peaceful… and just close enough to the action in Captiva Village. The village has live music and lantern-lit restaurants. Pearl will become your favorite vacation spot to repeat every year!

Main Space:
Bright and open layout: The kitchen, living room, and dining area flow together seamlessly, creating the ideal space for hanging out, sharing meals, and laughing.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The two bedrooms feature a king-size bed and closet space to hang clothes, store luggage, etc. The full bath includes amenities, the half bath is where the washer/dryer are located.

Balcony:
Spacious and relaxing: Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks outside overlooking the tropical vegetation and beautiful palm trees!

Front yard:
Fun in the sun (and shade!): Play a round of mini golf under the tall palm trees! Friends and family can BBQ and relax in chairs while they talk, watch, laugh, and judge each other's skill.

Under the duplex:
Beach chairs and cart. Shibumi (shade canopy) stored inside duplex closet. Walk 2 minutes to the beach and set up camp!

Pearl was the perfect spot for our Captiva Island vacation. It's clean and well appointed and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that's very close to Captiva beach and the shops & restaurants in town. Everything needed for the beach is provided and in good condition. Our host, Kevin was very conscientious - he contacted us promptly after we booked and remained in contact as needed through departure. we had neighbors staying in the other side of the duplex for several days and there were no issues with parking or hearing them through the shared wall. We'll certainly re-book with Kevin and Pearl on our new trip to Captiva.

Kit and her group had more fun than I thought was possible here on Captiva! They were wonderful people and enjoyed every moment of their stay. I enjoyed meeting them and spent a good bit of time enjoying their company. I even got invited to their house if I get out their way one day. Wonderful people and can't wait to have them back.

Then I found the tropical island of Captiva and immediately decided to call it my home. Three years later, I split my time between boats, motorcycles, and the beach — where I continue my lifelong commitment to never being cold again.

What I love most about Captiva is that there are no stoplights, no stress, and no reason to own real shoes. It’s all sunshine and sand, ridiculously nice people, great fishing, awesome water sports — and yes, the official dress code is bathing suits and flip-flops. I love this neighborhood specifically because it's hidden away on a private access road, so it's very quiet. People walk by and they're very friendly - plus, the beach is a 2 minute walk down the road and the village has all that you need!

Pearl has the addition of mini putt-putt in the front yard, as well as being brand new, inside and out. She has 2 king beds and 1.5 baths. The location is 10/10, being two blocks from Captiva Village and steps from the beach. Staying in Pearl is relaxing and convenient with the grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants 5 minutes away by foot. It's a peaceful place to slow down, wear your flip-flops and casually look at real estate prices “just to see.” In short, Pearl is that rare unicorn of a cottage: charming, cozy, and fully prepared to win your heart!
