The Space:

The heart of the home is its open-plan living area—airy, welcoming, and designed to flow seamlessly from the lounge to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen itself is a chef’s dream, featuring high-end appliances, a generous island, and elegant cabinetry. Open the sliding doors and step out to the terrace, where ocean breezes, panoramic views, and alfresco meals set the tone for unforgettable days. Whether you’re gathering for breakfast or winding down at sunset, the outdoor space becomes an extension of the home’s warm, modern design.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to the entire property as well as Punta Mita Premier Membership privileges. This includes entry to selected beach clubs, two Jack Nicklaus golf courses, tennis and fitness facilities, and more (some services may carry additional fees). Daily housekeeping and breakfast preparation for up to 10 guests (ingredients not included), and concierge assistance is available throughout your stay to help coordinate activities, reservations, or transportation.



The Neighborhood:

Located within Punta Mita’s gated Surf Residences, the property offers a balance of privacy and proximity. The charming town of Punta de Mita is just 10 minutes away, with beachside restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and vibrant local life. Playa La Lancha—home to El Surf Club—is the closest beach club, known for its laid-back atmosphere and surf-friendly waves. Hidden beaches, coastal trails, and local markets are also nearby, waiting to be explored.



Getting Around:

A 6-passenger golf cart is included for your convenience, making it easy to move between beach clubs, town, and nearby attractions. Many of Punta Mita’s best spots are just a short drive or cart ride away.

Cancellation policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.

Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity.

Notify immediately about any damage or incident on the property.

After 22hrs, loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level.

Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

No eating in the pool.

No food in the bedrooms.

No climbing on the couches with shoes.



No pets allowed.
