INDOORS:

Lil' Miss Daisy is adorable, super unique and abundantly creative while being fully functional. Inside you’ll find a queen bed plus a dinette that converts into a cozy double. Daisy comfortably sleeps up to 4. The indoor space is comfy but, it's all about the outdoor space! We have designed both indoor and outdoor spaces to allow you to fully let go of all that weighs heavy on the heart and mind and connect with the desert in an unimaginable way with an experience you will never forget and long to return too.

FEATURES:

Lil' Miss Daisy is completely equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, TV, DVD player, indoor / outdoor sound system, shower, toilet, furnace, camping chairs, lights, BBQ, hot water and more but, this is all about camping and the outdoor experience… which is nothing short of amazing! Oh, and did we mention all of that is completely solar powered and eco friendly?!



OFF GRID:

Lil' Miss Daisy is very well equipped yet extremely hi-tech running completely "off grid" with the latest in solar technology...you would be hard pressed to find another rental so well appointed with such a small environmental footprint.

JT Village Campground is located in a private, completely fenced and secure campground with room for you to roam or just chill by a cozy campfire. BBQ and roast marshmallows just steps away from the trailer! There is tons of room for parking and again, the entire campground is 100% fenced and gated for your privacy and security.



Unlike most RV / camper rentals in the area which are illegal, JT Village Campground is a legally permitted campground with the county of San Bernardino following all environmental and county rules and regulations. There are four other campsites on the 2.5 acre property so you may have some neighbors but sites are few and spaced far apart.



PLEASE NOTE:

This is an RV trailer (20 ft x 8 ft)—not a house. It’s a cozy glamping experience, so you might need to wait a few minutes for hot water or central air to kick in, and use a lighter to ignite the oven. There's no A/C, but we’ve made everything as easy as possible and are just a call or text away if you need help!



Campground Details

🔥 FIRE PIT

Feel free to use the fire pit during your stay. Firewood is available for purchase onsite. Do not light fires if wind exceeds 5 MPH, per county rules. Never leave the fire pit unattended.



🍖 BBQ

Charcoal is available for sale. We also provide utensils for guest use.



👨‍👩‍👧 FAMILY FRIENDLY

Children 2 years and older must be included in your guest count. Please note: the RV is not childproof (open steps, no outlet covers). Infants not allowed.



🐾 NO PETS

This unit is strictly pet-free and monitored at check-in. We do have other RVs that allow pets, so please ask if you’d like a pet-friendly option.



🚪 ENCLOSED FENCE

While the campground is fenced, wildlife may still find small openings—please stay mindful.



🎶 NO OUTDOOR MUSIC

Sound travels far in the desert. No amplified outdoor music at any time. Low-volume music from your phone is okay outside, and you’re welcome to play music indoors with the doors closed.



🕊️ GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please use quiet voices and avoid outdoor noise or light disruptions. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.



📶 WIFI

We offer the fastest WiFi in the area (15 Mbps), but speeds may fluctuate due to our remote location and shared bandwidth.



📸 PHOTOSHOOTS

Interested in a photoshoot or filming? Approval is required for any commercial use, and licensing fees apply. (Personal social media photos are totally fine!)



🦎 WILDLIFE

Expect to see quail, coyotes, rabbits, albino lizards, snakes, and endangered kangaroo mice. Please admire from a distance and respect their space.



🚭 NO SMOKING

This is a non-smoking unit. If you must smoke, do so at least 15 feet from doors and never leave cigarette butts—they harm wildlife. $250 fee applies for violations.



🧼 CLEANING

Our team follows CDC and WHO guidelines to fully sanitize before every arrival. For safety reasons, we cannot offer early check-in or late check-out.



💧 HOT WATER NOTE

Hot water may not be available during freezing winter months due to pipes.



📺 NO TV CHANNELS

TVs are DVD-only—no live channels or cable.



📵 CELL COVERAGE

Cell signal is limited in this remote setting—consider it an invitation to unplug and connect with nature.

$500 refundable deposit (minus $15 fee), or



$25 non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to $500 in accidental damage).

✔️ CHECK-IN FORM & AGREEMENT

Guests must fill out a Check-in Form and submit a photo ID matching the credit card on file. A short-term rental agreement may also be required.

NO EXTRA GUESTS

Only guests listed on your reservation may enter. Some RVs have a $50/night fee per guest over 4 (reflected in pricing). No unapproved visitors. Violations = immediate cancellation.



NO EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

Check-out: by 10 AM

We can’t make exceptions due to our cleaning process.



NO PETS

Pets are not allowed in this unit. We do offer other pet-friendly RVs.



NO SMOKING / CANDLES

No indoor smoking or open flames. Smoke 15+ feet from doors, and clean up butts. $250 fee for violations.



QUIET HOURS

No outdoor noise from 10 PM to 8 AM. Be kind to our desert neighbors.



KEEP DOORS CLOSED

Desert wildlife (mice, snakes, coyotes) can sneak in. Keep all doors shut.



PHOTOSHOOTS & COMMERCIAL USE

All professional content creation must be approved and may incur a fee. Unauthorized commercial use will be pursued legally.



NO EVENTS

No weddings, parties, or large gatherings without written approval.



VENDOR ACCESS

Vendors may access the property for trash, landscaping, or repairs during your stay.



NO GLITTER / CONFETTI

Please remove any decorations before check-out. No glitter or confetti allowed.



CHILDREN

Children 2+ must be listed in your reservation. Unit is not childproof.



SHARED CAMPGROUND

Enjoy the space with fellow Glampers. Respect the vibe and each other!



CLEANING FEE

Leave it as you found it. Excessive mess may result in a $500 cleaning fee.



INTERNET USE

Illegal or abusive usage is prohibited. WiFi speed varies in the desert.



24/7 CONTACT REQUIRED

County requires a reachable guest contact. You must respond to violations within 30 minutes or face a $1,000 fine.



RESCHEDULING

Requests are treated per our cancellation policy. Within 15 days? Cancel and rebook.



SECURITY CAMERAS

Cameras monitor the driveway and perimeter—no cameras inside or facing private areas.



PARKING

1 car per 2 guests allowed. Please park in designated areas only.



DAMAGES

Let us know if something breaks. Unreported damages = $100/item + replacement/repair costs.



TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend travel insurance for unexpected changes.
