The Cozy KC Bungalow is a private 2-bedroom home with a fully fenced yard just 4 minutes to KU Med and 7 minutes to downtown KC, making it an easy choice for weekend trips, medical visits, or a longer stays.

From the moment you arrive, everything is set up to feel simple and stress-free. You’ll have a fully private home (no shared spaces), a fully stocked kitchen with coffee and tea starters, in-unit washer and dryer, fast WiFi, and a comfortable space to relax after a day out.

Traveling with kids? We’ve included a pack ’n play, high chair, stroller, and a few toys to make your stay easier. Bringing a dog? The fully fenced yard makes it easy and convenient.

One of the biggest perks here is garage with automatic opener for a small car + driveway parking (2 vehicles max) which is rare this close to downtown and makes coming and going effortless.

This is an urban neighborhood in the heart of Kansas City — guests who prefer quiet, suburban surroundings may want to keep that in mind. The home is located along a main road, so there is some traffic noise, but it also makes getting around Kansas City quick and convenient with easy access to downtown, KU Med, and major routes. Entrance is on the side street rather than the main road, so it's easy and stress-free.

All guests must sign a stay agreement. $400 security deposit hold required. Dogs only, $40 per stay per pet.

Cozy, beautifully decorated, very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, close to hospital, off street parking. Enjoyed our stay, although on a busy street, did not hear traffic while sleeping. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again

Well accommodating for our family and dog. They had a little basket with snacks and dog poop bags. The dog liked using the provided bowls. We mostly liked the neighborhood and used the fenced in yard for late night and early morning pees. Location gets you around KC quickly. Beds were cozy and the sound machines really helped with the street noise. Would book again. Also loved the games and magnetiles for our 5 year old!

We had a great stay in the bungalow! My husband and I and our two small dogs stayed for 16 nights in May during our move to the east coast from Kansas City. We sold our house and needed a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay for a couple of weeks before leaving the city. The bungalow definitely met all of our needs!Amy, the host, was very responsive whenever needed and also proactively reminded us about trash pick up day and set up a mowing service to come during our stay to keep the lawn maintained for us and our dogs. The bungalow was comfortable, cool during hot days, and perfectly appointed with everything we needed during our stay. While it is located on a pretty busy street as mentioned in the listing, a little bit of white noise at night took care of that. There is a large side yard and a cute front porch. We had a great extended stay!

Very clean and comfortable! Had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Pet friendly, which was very appropriated!It is on a busy street, which I knew going in. The driveway/ parking, however, is on a side street making for easy access. Absolutely no issues with noise.
