This is an older house that is well cared for and very clean and comfortable. Great location to downtown Shelbyville and stellar hosts.

Excellent communication with the host. There are lots of positive points with the house with the biggest being the wonderful big comfy couch. Lots of extra blankets to snuggle up on the couch with and enjoy family time. This is an older home which means there are some obstacles, but overall an excellent place for a weekend with the family.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place this past weekend in Shelbyville, Indiana! The home was truly roomy, inviting, and immediately felt relaxing the moment we arrived. It was the kind of space that made it easy to unwind—so much so that we actually enjoyed staying in more than we expected just to soak up the comfortable atmosphere.The place was also very clean and spotless. Everything was fresh, well cared for, and ready for us as soon as we walked in.Andrea was extremely responsive in providing arrival and departure instructions, and to our messages throughout the stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish.The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-stocked and great for preparing meals, and the coffee bar was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We also enjoyed the nice TVs and the comfortable, cozy bedding, which made it easy to rest and recharge each day.Overall, this was a fantastic rental experience. We love the place and highly recommend Andrea’s home to anyone planning a stay in Shelbyville. We’ll definitely be back!

My friends and I had a very nice stay at the house! House was clean, had plenty of room to spend time in, and worked perfectly for what we needed. A fantastic value for what you get!

We loved our stay at this cozy old home. The host was very responsive. Check in was easy. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. It was a great place to stay for a weekend of softball for my daughter's travel team. We would definitely stay again.

Overall the stay was great! The house is older but has a charm about it! The floors squeak a few places, the beds and pillows are very firm! The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook instead of going out for every meal. It worked for just a few days stay though. And there is a cute kitty that is there!

Very clean, family friendly home. Very close to downtown Shelbyville with plenty to do. Very nice to come 'home' to a quiet space every evening. Host is very kind and accommodating! Plan to come again!

Built in 1923, this well-cared for home has the character of "years gone by." Keep your eyes peeled for our little red fox that comes to say hello every once in awhile.
