The host was able to accommodate us for a last-minute booking after the other condo we had booked 3 months ago was unavailable during our stay essentially stranding us in Naples. The host of this property sent us very clear and concise check-in information and checking in was a breeze. The condo is exactly as described and was very cozy for our family of four providing us plenty of room during our stay. The property and grounds are beautiful and the pool area was exceptional. The grill/restaurant by the pool was a huge bonus! The pool was very comfortable for swimming and the hot tub was amazing! We would definitely book this property again for our next trip.

Central to all of Naples

We have stayed in the World Tennis Club before and love the location. It is a very comfortable resort and the condo was well appointed and clean!

Amazing Location

Great location right in the heart of Naples, condo was plenty big enough for all 3 of us. Pool and hot tub were amazing plus the clubhouse was a great bonus. Five stars!

The hosts are not local so when so thing goes really wrong (mouldy ice or an ant infestation for example) there is nothing they can be done. Also the gate code changed and we had to call the owners to find out. They didn't know. All in all a very disgusting stay.

As soon as we were made aware of the ant situation, we immediately contacted pest control and property management to address it. They confirmed that the ants were likely due to an unusual weather pattern in the area, and the problem has since been fully resolved. Regarding the gate code, we apologize for the inconvenience and confusion it caused. The code was updated for security reasons, and we’ve now implemented a clearer communication process so future guests receive any changes right away. A lot of ants throughout the property, not enough towels only given 4 towels to have to keep washing for the week. the pool was only open till it got dark which was 5:30pm

Once we learned of the issue, pest control and management were contacted, and they confirmed the ants were weather-related and have since been resolved. We’ve also made sure extra towels are available for longer stays. Pool hours are set by the community for safety, but we understand the early closing can be inconvenient. Thank you for your feedback—it helps us improve for future guests.

Family vacation

We spent a week at the condo with my brother. It was great being on the first floor. Very convenient to everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped, however, there was no spices, sugar or anything like that, which was disappointing. All in all, it was a nice condo in a very comfortable setting.

Good Location, Comfortable Condo

Well Equipped Kitchen, Only 1 easily accessible TV in Living Area (2 main bedrooms had NO TVs), Lanai was NOT SCREENED, Nice resort amenities (Common area Pool/ Spa). No communication from owner about to reserve tennis courts. Overall, a comfortable place to stay in SW FL.

Tennis vacation

The property was in a perfect location for us. My wife used the YMCA everyday and I played tennis most days. However the condo was not in great shape,towels were worn, one roll of towels. Just kind of run down. My wife refused to return we booked a much nicer condo in the same development for the month of February next year.

great location! Condo needs many repairs

Not clean!! Needs many repairs !! Paid damage protection and most things needed repairs!! Not condo booklet took 2 days to figure out tv... was told by realtor that condo should be monthly not weekly! Also much cheaper going thru reality company to book!!! Very disappointed extra charges outrageous... never use vbro. Previous reviews so inaccurate... really not gated no guard and easy access via walkway..

Perfect size property for 4 adults, small 3rd room with day bed a nice extra space if you had a 5th person. Sylvia was great as host. Simple check in/out. Place was spotless when we arrived. Location close to all facilities.

Good accommodations

This condo is in an excellent location, North Naples. Close to restaurants, golfing, the zoo and nature preserves. The interior was clean but needed some updating and minor repairs.

Nice condo that is close to everything!

The World Tennis Club property is very nice. It is quiet and wasn't very busy so it was relaxing! The property is close to shopping, restaurant and beaches! We had a great time exploring the surroundings! The condo was nice and we really enjoyed our stay there! We vacationed with a 16-year-old and a 22-month-old and they each had a great time!!!

" A wonderfull comfortable apartment"

It's a great pleace were my family and I really enjoy. It has a great location close to many shopping places. Target, Waltmart,, publx, TJ Max, Ross, Mc Donalds, etc. Many cooking tools. Comfortable house in a bigg property area with so many tennis courts and a swiming pool with a jacuzy, gym, librery. I loved all of it.
