Studio suite with views of the valley, offers a fresh, clean getaway for two. The south west facing deck overlooks BX farmlands, Vernon, Okanagan lake and mountains beyond. Steps to the Grey Canal trail that follows BX creek to waterfall, or several kms along Silver Star Foothills.
Close to downtown Vernon (10 mins), central to lakes, parks, Sovereign Nordic Centre and 25 mins to Silver Star Resort. Cambium Cidery and Restaurant, 2 mins. Quiet place to relax and enjoy the sunsets over the Okanagan hillsides.

オーナー : Patrick or Sean Ling-Allen
Patrick grew up in Vernon and moved back in 2015 from Toronto with Sean and their kids. We're here for our families and friends, skiing above the clouds and swimming in gorgeous warm lakes. We incorporate a permaculture approach in running the orchard and certified organic in 2020.
The suite is in the main house that we share and Sean runs Centred Pilates studio in a former packing house across the road that offers private or group classes, training workshops and wellness retreats.

To be home based with our kids, involving them in the property. The timing and situation in our lives was right to combine our interests of building community around food and stewarding a piece of land. Our time is focused on growing quality food while hopefully raising our kids to respect, care for and connect to this habitat. The North Okanagan is just right for apples, so we set out for an apple orchard and fell in love with a view as a magnificent bonus. We have the orchard, a pasture, 'alot' of garden located on a quiet, no thru gravel road, near 2 creeks, bordered by a trail, a view and a couple pastures. We're happy to be able to call this home.

With Sean's studio next door, you can join a group pilates class or book a private/semi private session ahead of time for during your stay through Centred Pilates.
There are great biking or hiking options right from the house, warm lakes and beaches within 15 minutes in a few directions or winter sports 20 mins up the hill. Vernon is central to several loop tours such as a circuit of Okanagan Lake, to Revelstoke, Galena Bay, Nakusp, Fauquier back to Vernon, or to Kamloops, Shuswap, Sicamous back to Vernon. There are more!
