The open kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a 5-burner induction cooktop, combi oven/microwave, American-style refrigerator with ice dispenser, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and blender. The kitchen’s large island connects perfectly to the living area and terrace, so you can enjoy the ocean view even while cooking.

Villa Flores Corales offers three luxurious bedrooms, each featuring air conditioning, premium bedding, and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom includes a king-size canopy bed, a walk-in closet, and a private terrace overlooking the sea. The bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower with elegant design touches by @leoniatelier. The second and third bedrooms also have king-size beds, private terraces, and beautifully finished bathrooms — one with sea view, the other with a serene garden view.

The infinity pool stretches along the terrace, seemingly merging with the ocean horizon. Lounge on the sunbeds, relax in the shaded outdoor seating area, or cool off under the tropical sky. From the pool or terrace, you can watch the sunset over the Caribbean in complete tranquility.

A rare feature of this villa is its private beach, offering direct access to the ocean. The natural coral and clear, calm water make it ideal for swimming or snorkeling just steps from your door.

For larger groups, this villa can be booked together with the neighboring Villa Corales del Caribe 83, allowing accommodation for up to 12 guests while maintaining complete privacy.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.

At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
