This the nicest and most well equipped vacation rental we have ever found. Every aspect of the process was easier than we normally experience. We plan to make this property our yearly Santa Rosa Beach retreat.

Wonderful home very close to the beach. The beds are very comfortable and it was plenty of room for our large group. The open space was perfect and there is even a fridge and coffee bar on the 3rd floor for breakfast near your room! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing to 30a for nearly 20 years. This home crashed every home we have ever stayed in. All the oversized rooms, kids bunk rooms, all ensuite masters. The space in unbelievable and takes away the fear of being on top of one another. Ok the managers, you will feel like a vip they handle it all. Extra golf carts check, lots of beach and pool towels check, bonfire night with an insane sea food boil CHECK they handle it all. Midweek cleaning so our not washing towels YES!! This was a stress free dream trip. The house the service a gem!

We had a great time! The pool and hot tub was a HUGE hit with our family. This is our 4th trip as a big multi-family group and this was by far the best pool. The house had tons of room. The elevator was a game changer for hauling luggage from the 1st floor to the 3rd. Great distance to the beach. I would say my one complaint was that the tv’s/tv services need to be updated. They use Samsung Live TV and it was very limited on selections and was very delayed. We were able to log in to our own YouTube TV on the main tv though so that helped. Also, slightly limited on some kitchen items (like mixing bowls) but again not a deal breaker at all! Overall, we were very happy and would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time at this house, and it was more than large enough for our group of 18. The golf cart was not at the property the first day but was delivered first thing the next morning. It was great for going to and from the beach and dinner. The pool took several days to heat up, but once it did, the kids had a blast. The hot tub was great the entire time, so that kept them happy while we were waiting for the pool to heat. Overall, the host was very responsive any time we had a question and even offered us a late checkout for free. She also gave us a discounted rate if we return for another trip.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were outstanding. Elevator is a bonus for those not wishing to climb stairs. EV use was very convenient for getting to the beach. House appliances more than adequate and excellent. AC, fans, washer and dryer all excellent. Pool was loved by the kids. but for the price and luxuriousness of the property, the additional DAILY fee of 150 to heat either the pool or the hot tub was “cheap”.

Reviewer Comments: Born 2 Beach and the two additional homes we rented through Bonheur Vacations for our family reunion were absolutely exceptional!We stayed at Born 2 Beach in 2024, and after returning this year, I can confidently say this home checks every single box. Truly, every box. It's beautifully maintained, impeccably organized, incredibly clean, and stocked with more than enough plush thirsty towels for everyone. You can tell this home is cared for with intention.We hire a private chef for most evenings, and he told us this is one of his favorite kitchens to cook in. He also mentioned how much he enjoys working with the Bonheur Vacations team because they're always organized, responsive, and wonderful to work with.The pool quickly became the gathering place for our entire family. Even though a tropical storm changed some of our beach plans, we ended up making some of our favorite memories relaxing in the pool and spa together. Sometimes the unexpected creates the best moments. The pool is big enough for EVERYONE! The communication from the Bonheur Vacations team was outstanding from beginning to end personal, thoughtful, and incredibly easy. They made us feel like friends, not just another reservation. Because we rented 3 homes they treated us to a boil night with an ice cream bar! It was incredible!! And the golf cart? It might as well have been the Slinky Dog Dash ride at Disney! The little ones couldn't get enough of it and wanted to go for rides all day long. It became one of the highlights of the trip.Thank you, Bonheur Vacations, for another unforgettable family reunion. We have already booked for 2027, and we are counting down the days until we're back!

Beautiful home

Need a book to tell you how to operate things in the home. Elevator did not work after day 1. Pool was heated before we got there so couldn’t use it til day 2. No info on how to operate pool/ hot tub. Second golf cart didn’t arrive til day 2. Shower head in bathroom was broke. They couldn’t fix til the day we were leaving. On the other hand we did get a late checkout that was nice! Would stay there again! Be sure to ask for golf cart waivers ahead of time otherwise you can’t get the key. No one had sent them to us

This was the perfect home for 24 people; adults and kids. Before we even entered the home half of our party had two days of terrible travel and the host went above and beyond accommodating our group. Even communicating with me at 6AM on a Saturday. I did not expect that. We are so thankful for them. As a property manager myself, I can tell you this, the level of professionalism, courtesy, customer service and standards were top notch. They definitely deserve 5 stars. The home is beautiful, stocked with everything we needed to have large meals. The pool and hot tub were used daily and having all the amenities like the golf cart, bikes and closeness to the gulf made our stay even better than we expected.

We visited with a group of 15 adults and the house was great! Everyone had ample space to relax, the pool was perfect for our large group and very close to the beach access and great restaurants! We didn’t have to contact the host often, but when we did, they were very quick with their response! We would definitely return!
