Since May 2025, all mandatory building fees are already included in your reservation total. No unexpected charges at check-in.
Here’s what’s optional, only if you choose to use it:
- Valet parking (optional): $78.5/night (in & out privileges)
- Our own Self-parking across the street(Upon Request): $45/night
- Pet-friendly (optional): $150 + tax
- Pack & Play & High Chair: It varies, just message us — we’ll handle it.
*Other hosts may list cheaper nightly rates but charge unexpected building fees at arrival — we don’t. Everything mandatory is already included.*
➜ Quick Notes Before Booking:
- Hotel security hold: A credit or debit card may be required at check-in for a hotel security deposit. This deposit is required by The Elser Hotel and is not related to Miami Vacation Rentals. It is used to cover any potential damages to the building’s amenities.
- For safety and compliance, the primary booker is required to complete a secure ID verification via an encrypted third-party app before check-in.
- All guests must choose either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500) before check-in. Exclusions apply; see House Rules for full details.
- Layout and décor may vary slightly by unit — all units follow the same standard & style.
