For your comfort and safety:

Emergencies: For urgent issues such as floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups, maintenance is available 24/7.

Non-Emergencies: For general issues, maintenance is available daily from 9 AM – 6 PM and will be addressed the following day if it is after 6pm.

Regular Operations During Your Stay:

Lawn Care: The lawn may be mowed during your stay. Please remove any lawn games or personal items from the yard to allow the crew to work efficiently.

This spacious lakefront home offers the perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and fun for families or groups. The main floor features two king bedrooms—one with an ensuite bathroom—plus an additional full bath. Enjoy an open-concept kitchen and living area ideal for gathering, along with a dedicated office space for remote work. A permanent safety gate tops the stairs to the lower level, which boasts a large entertainment area with a pool table, mini bar, and walkout access to the pool (Open mid May -Mid October heated to 78 degrees) and yard. Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms—one with two full beds and a crib, and another with a queen bed and a bunk (twin over full)—as well as a full bathroom and large laundry room. This home is designed for relaxation, connection, and unforgettable lakefront memories.
