Step down off your private balcony to enjoy all the wonderful outdoor activities here at Summer Sea. Featuring a tropical decor with a Queen size bed, a reclining couch and chair in the Livingroom. Stairs required. Rents by the calendar month only. – 2 months preferred to rent February.
Summer Sea Condominium is located at Mile Marker 88.5 bayside, with two pools (one heated), a beach area, updated gym with all new equipment, two updated game rooms, community rooms, lending library, laundry rooms and fabulous sunsets and friendly residential atmosphere. Safe and secure gated community with on site management. We are on Plantation Key just north of the famous Marker 88 Restaurant, a 4-star gourmet restaurant with outside bar. Four restaurants within walking distance.
No Pets, No Smoking. Florida Lease required. Application and background check performed by the condominium is required $200.00.
