Relax, reconnect, and play at Bellerive Hangout, a three-bedroom Creve Coeur home with multiple gathering spaces, a private hot tub, and a colorful lower-level game room.

SLEEPING AND LAYOUT
• Bedroom 1: king bed with an en-suite shower bathroom
• Bedroom 2: queen bed
• Bedroom 3: queen bed
• Sleeper sofa for additional guests
• Second full bathroom with a tub-and-shower combination
• Bedrooms and both bathrooms are on the main floor; the game room and laundry are downstairs

GAME ROOM AND LIVING SPACES
• Free-play arcade with classic games
• Ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and poker table
• Large smart TV and two separate living spaces
• Dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi

OUTDOOR AND FAMILY AMENITIES
• Private hot tub
• Covered patio with grill and outdoor furniture
• Pack 'n Play travel crib, high chair, and baby safety gates
• Driveway and street parking

IMPORTANT POLICIES
• Dogs only: a $150 non-refundable pet fee per reservation is added after booking. Unauthorized pets or policy violations may result in a $300 fee.
• No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fee.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
• Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.

Designed for comfort and connection, this welcoming home offers multiple living spaces, thoughtful amenities, a hot tub and a game room that makes it perfect for families, friends, or extended stays.

The main floor features a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook at home, a dining area for shared meals, and two living spaces. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main floor for easy, single-level living.

The Graffiti Game Room (Lower Level):
Head downstairs to the walk-out lower level and discover the ultimate hangout space. This vibrant game room includes a free-play vintage arcade loaded with 60 classic games like Pac-Man, Galaga, and Donkey Kong, plus ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and a poker table with chips and cards. Kick back and watch your favorite shows on the large smart TV, and enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer.

Pls note: A $150 pet fee will be charged manually after booking.

Outdoor Relaxation:
After a day of exploring or gaming, step outside and unwind in the private hot tub the perfect way to relax year-round.
