Our spacious home has been NEWLY renovated to share with visitors looking for a cozy place! With newly remastered outdoor, kitchen, living areas, you might just want to move right in!

We had so much fun designing the perfect "home away from home", and once renovations were completed to our satisfaction, we got started decorating every corner with the highest quality furnishings and fixtures. Take a walk throughout the entire 3 bedroom, 3 bed, and 2.5 bath home and find surprises in every corner.

Whether you are just getting away for the weekend or looking for an extended stay, we are committed to creating comfortable experiences for our guests! We offer contact-free check-in, 24/7 support, and a comfortable, spacious, and clean home!

ACCESSIBILITY:
To access the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, stairs are required. There is a flight of 8-10 stairs to the second floor.

HOUSE RULES:

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items do not work with your plans as we comply with St. Louis short-term rental regulation, rules, and policies.

- Primary renter must be 25+ years of age
- Pets are not permitted on the property - unless express permission by the owner
- No smoking inside the home
- No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
- No Parties / Gatherings / Celebrations - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party / gathering / celebration
- Quiet time is 12 PM - 7 AM (including weekdays and weekends).  The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during

Our stay in St. Louis was wonderful. The home was in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful and comfortable when we returned each evening. The hosts were very kind, knowledgeable about local attractions, and quick to respond to any questions. Their thoughtful recommendations helped us make the most of our time in the city. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Louis.

House was in great condition, exactly what we needed to have our family together, instead of 3 hotel rooms. Hosts were quick to respond to questions we had regarding the house. Weather did not allow us to utilize the pool and spa, but they were available. The garage was nice, and we fit two vehicles in without problem, as daytime street parking was limited.

Great house in St. Louis!

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. Our kids enjoyed the pool in the evening after a day of sightseeing. Convenient to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. Great place to stay when visiting St. Louis!

The place was very cute and the pool was a major plus with small kids. We loved walking to dinner and the botanical garden.

Great spot to stay in Saint Louis

Beautiful property! Great location. Our favorite part was the hot tub/ pool-- it was a great way to hang out with our teens. :) We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here this week! We loved the cleanliness of the property, the location to the restaurants on the corner and the pool during this hot week! Everything was as described and we had quick and easy communication with the owners. Highly recommend! If we are ever back in the area we 100% would stay here again. Thank you!

Absolute gem

The location of this place is amazing, close to great restaurants, a wonderful French bakery for a coffee and croissant in the morning, walking distance to botanical gardens and tower grove park. The kids loved the pool. Nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Perfect for a hang with the grandparents

This house is so convenient to many activities and restaurants. The French bakery on the corner is just steps from your front door. The house was very clean and plenty of room for our group. The pool is an added bonus especially for the children. The beds were very nice. There is a new bed in the master that is not a king but we slept very well.

Great location near Botanical Garden

Great quick overnight stay with some girlfriends. We wanted to be close to the Botanical Garden as we had tickets for the Chihuly exhibit. Easy walk to the Garden and cute restaurants down on the corner. Wish we could have enjoyed the pool but it didn't seem set up for the season yet. It looked like it would be a lot of fun :) Hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Great stay!

This place was so nice and really had everything we could possibly need! They had a ton of towels which was SO nice since you usually get just two or three for a week long stay. They also had a lot of things like laundry detergent and toilet paper that really made a difference to us. It kept us from having to inventory the house and then go stock it up with household things we might need. We got straight to vacation which we really appreciated! Host was also very responsive and helpful!

WashU Grad Weekend Stay

This property was absolutely fantastic. The owners have everything so well prepared and documented that there was no need for questions. They provided great info about the area and restaurants as well. The house was the cleanest VRBO that I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals, bathroom stocked with toiletries and the pool was a great way to relax and spend some downtime. Oh, the garage option was also amazing but also enough street parking if needed. Great location in a cute area with coffee shop, restaurants and more. Can’t thank our hosts enough for a wonderful stay and checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed!

Best beds ever!

Me and my "mom friend" took our kids to St. Louis to see the zoo, and aquarium. We wanted a place near those attractions, and to feel safe, and comfortable with our little ones. And this place was wonderful! And the pool was such an added bonus. And theo was even ice in the freezer for our drinks, and a high chair. Those were wonderful as well. The location was amazing, it's so close to everything. And we felt completely safe. The beds were all so comfortable, we all slept wonderfully. Also, the owner is great at communicating. Over all I highly recommend this property, and would absolutely stay again!

Pool was great for kids!

Location was convenient and the kids loved the pool. There was a high chair which was a welcome surprise. Hosts were having trouble with the VRBO app, so that was a reason for delayed communication. Only complaint was that there were a lot of ants in the house. There were traps, so I believe they were attempting to abate them, but they were a nuisance.

Wonderful location and comfortable accommodations.

Overall we had a great stay. The neighborhood is awesome and it was nice to walk around or take a short drive to local spots. The home was well equipped with things needed to make our stay great, however, there were several things that stood out which merits the less than 5 star review. Especially with the high price paid per night. Property needs a good deep cleaning - stains and dust throughout. The pool is in rough shape - chemicals were so strong that my nails turned green and submerging made our lungs burn. Trash in planters and broken umbrella. Was about to head to store to buy wash cloths and a bath mat, but at the last minute found a load of towels in dryer that I was able to fold. There were some items left to be washed in the washer too. Just all a bit disappointing knowing what we paid, but we were happy to have a place to rest our heads and very comfortable bed sheets to curl up in after a long day exploring.

Convenient location

This property is in a great location- close to two interstates, restaurants, tourist sites, and minutes from downtown. The house was clean and perfect for our family of four. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked like a great hangout space.

Great Property!

Property was as expected and listing was 100% accurate. Clean, up to date, comfortable space. Great outdoor space as well with garage in the back so you don't have to park on the street which was usually pretty full. Was completely happy with my stay, however the pool/spa was not heating at all and very cold so we couldn't even use it. This is one of the reasons I booked this particular property. Owner was very communicative on the first evening on our stay and the following morning to get this corrected, but never showed up as he stated he would, and then ghosted me thereafter. Wasn't too happy with that. Overall great property and would recommend, however if you plan to book and utilize the pool/spa I would message the host prior to booking and make sure it is working properly.

Hidden Gem

Host was amazing! Had a few questions prior to checkin and during, within seconds Eddie responded. Great location, places to eat within walking distance. Simple decor, comfy beds, wine cooler, coffee bar, awesome water pressure for shower and a great backyard with pool and fireplace to name a few. Loved the tranquility of the home even though located in a semi metro area. We came back late at night, having access to the garage attached to backyard made us feel safe. Helpful hint turn on outside lights if you leave in day time, extremely dark neighborhood at night. Wish we would have stayed an extra day to really enjoy the pool and backyard! Thanks guys for allowing us to stay at your home!

Very nice, we loved the spa pool!

Excellent place in St. Louis. The pool and spa were used alot, and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio space. The home's open floor plan was perfect for a group. We enjoyed the coffee and drink bar. The beds were comfy. Our only suggestion would be to stock up with a few more kitchen items and towels, especially since there's a pool, but in all we loved our stay!
