It was a marvelous house. Very spacious. The swimable dock and kayaks were a hit with the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed. The gulf was a short paddle out and the neighborhoods were easily walkable. Great location (as grocery stores are super close) and in Aripeka there was a crab seafood market. They had airboat rides and great crab.Thank you so much.

We rented this house for a long weekend/staycation. It was immaculate upon arrival, the area was quiet, we were able to dock our boat- the public boat ramp was super close and easy to maneuver. Getting out to the Gulf was simple and fast! There are some great restaurants and bars/live music within maybe 5 minutes of the house. Overall it was a very nice experience and we would definitely rent again! The host was VERY responsive with any and all questions!

Check in was a breeze and we were actually early and the were very accommodating. The home was well equiped with everything you could ask for from initial sundries all the way to a paddle boat for us old people lol. Our kids fished and used the kayaks daily. We grilled out and spent little time inside with the tv. Local restaurants and attractions were plentiful. Host were always a message away even though we did not need them. Deff would stay again thanks for the positive experience.
