Best vacation

We loved our cabin! It had everything we needed. We even had some visits from a beautiful large black bear. Kids loved it! Also, the location was perfect! Will definitely be coming back.

Birthday Vacay

We knew it was a great place from the moment we walked in. Everything was so clean and so very well stocked. The sheets and mattresses were 10/10 in comfort! I blew a fuse getting biscuits out of the oven and within the hour maintenance was there to fix it!! Will definitely be staying there again!!

Yearly family trip

Had a great trip with our family. Loved that everyone had their own room and bathroom. Location is convenient- close to park, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Little house of Pancakes great for breakfast or lunch.

Bears & Fun

We rented 3 of their cabins next to each other. Plenty of parking for family. We saw a Bear everyday we were there. The cabins a clean and beautiful. Love that each king bedroom has ur own bathroom. My family love that it’s only a block off of main strip but still has a view! Only one mile from downtown. Trolley is right there also. Will definitely return again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Very nice home away from home. We had fun with family, cooking together and enjoying the hot tub. Great location to Downtown Gatlinburg. Would stay again !

Beautiful cabin

Such an amazing cabin and location. Only problem we had is that it wasn't the cleanest, floors were dirty, couple of us were sneezing due to our dust allergies. Also it's pretty scary riding the motorcycle up to cabin with the roads being steep. Tvs didn't always work either but that could be us. Overall perfect set up for our group.

Sam and I enjoy traveling and quality family time. In addition to raising our four kids, four dogs and two parrots we both own businesses which demand a lot of time and focus. I am broker in charge of Greenwood Realty Inc. with two office locations and 25 agents. Sam owns Retro Brand apparel and Bay Island Sportswear which manufactures apparel for global distribution. When we have the rare opportunity to enjoy quality time with each other and our kids we head to the Mountains or Lake Greenwood for cherished family memories.

Location is always our 1st consideration when purchasing vacation rentals because we know we can change everything but the location... and rest assured we always build or renovate our properties with the finest finishes and touches that make our stay as special as we want yours to be! Location, Location, Location! In addition to being a beautiful spacious Log Home with 4 master suites and gorgeous mountain views we enjoy the convenience of the Trolley Stop at the bottom of the drive. We loved this location so much we have 9 Log Homes in the same area.

When our neighborhood bears are not hibernating, you will usually catch them playing in our neighborhood!
