Whether you’re freshening up with the hair dryer or ironing out the day’s plans, you’ll find everything you need right here. Relax and unwind in this comfy space designed for comfort and ease. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Our small kitchenette offers a Keurig (cups provided or bring your fav flavor), a microwave and a toaster oven is also available.

We are long-term residents of Williamsburg in fact, we grew up in Kingsmill. We watched the Kingsmill Resort area go from open fields to the area that it is now. We spent our summers on the river and at the community pools so we are familiar with why guests love coming to Kingsmill. This is our newest of 3 properties in various platforms - so while this may be a new listing - rest assured your host have been hosting since 2016

We grew up in Kingsmill and have raised our kids in the neighborhood. We have spent many hours at the pools and on the river and at the marina. It’s safe and secure and the surroundings are beautiful. Enjoy the walking / biking paths, the nature trails, or sit by the river and watch the sunset - so much to offer. Also it’s minutes from Busch Gardens, Water country USA and colonial Williamsburg.

The property is in the Resort area of Kingsmill, but has been updated to provide a unique experience. We still reside in Kingsmill, so are available if any issues arrive during your stay or to accommodate any special request that you may have.
