Boat launch, docks & slips, fishing pier, pool, tennis, gated parking for cars and water toys - check! WIFI, en suite baths, comfy beds - check! Bring your family & friends - there's room for all. Kontiki Bayfront has amenities for everyone. Whether you want an action packed vacay or a restful retreat, Perfect Paradise has everything for the vacation of your dreams!
The space
Breath-taking sunrises and sunsets await you from the deck of Perfect Paradise, where you'll sip your first morning coffee or savor an evening beverage. Walk down 4 steps and wiggle your toes in the sand of our private "beach" on Aransas Bay. A few more steps and you're in the water.
Our condo was furnished and decorated as a residence and has just recently joined the rental market. You will find attractive and very comfortable couches and beds, plus a fully equipped kitchen for preparing simple to complex meals. Kitchen papers, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, oil and basic spices are provided. Kitchen and bath soaps also are here. Luxurious cotton sheets and fluffy cotton towels, plus beach towels are also provided. Flat screen TVs are in the living room and in every bedroom, with cable and ROKU in the living room and ROKUs on all others. The private bedrooms are arrranged for a romantic getaway or a family-friendly holiday, or a buddies' weekend escape. High-speed WIFI allows you to communicate or work (if you must) without interruption. It's a "work-away-from-home" location with an unbeatable view. A WIFI-enabled printer is available.
The design of Kontiki Bayfront Condos makes it easy to utilize all amenities, which are a brief stroll from the condo.

Great condo right on the water. Loved watching the Dolphins come in every morning. I would highly recommend this place if you’re wanting a condo on the water.

Great place to relax get some fishing in and enjoy being by the water. There was plenty of room, in the condo, on the pier and along the beach area. Good location loved that it was within 30 minutes of Corpus Christi and Port Aransas. Close to great places to eat and the people are friendly. Look forward to our next visit!

Awesome getaway!

We went down to the coast to celebrate our anniversary and do some fishing. The house was great, clean, fantastic location and pet friendly. It was so much fun and the guys enjoyed fishing from the private pier. Caught a ton of fish Saturday night so it was a blast! Owner was easy to communicate with.

Weekend fishing trip

Great location steps away from the water, multiple places to fish from including private pier. Very clean and it was nice to have a restroom in every room. The owner was very helpful and responded to all my questions timely.
