Breath-taking sunrises and sunsets await you from the decks of Perfect Paradise, where you'll sip your first morning coffee or savor an evening beverage. Walk down 4 steps and wiggle your toes in the sand of our private "beach" on Aransas Bay. A few more steps and you're in the water.

Our condo was furnished and decorated as a residence. You will find attractive and very comfortable couches and beds, plus a fully equipped kitchen for preparing simple to complex meals. Kitchen cook and bakeware, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, oil and basic spices are provided. Kitchen and bath soaps and paper goods also are here. Fun family and nostalgic board and card games are available for your use. Luxurious cotton sheets and fluffy cotton towels, plus beach towels in the warmer months are also provided. Flat screen TVs are in the living room and in every bedroom, with cable and ROKU in the living room and ROKUs on all others. The private bedrooms are arrranged for a romantic getaway or a family-friendly holiday, or a buddies' weekend escape. High-speed WIFI allows you to communicate or work (if you must) without interruption. It's a "work-away-from-home" location with an unbeatable view.

The design of Kontiki Bayfront Condos makes it easy to utilize all amenities, which are a brief stroll from the condo. The condos and parking area are accessed via a secured gate code. There's a reserved space for your vehicle right in front plus ample parking for other vehicles, water toys, and a ramp for launching and a slip to park them. The private condo beach on Aransas Bay has two ladders to enter the water and is just steps from the rear deck. Catch red fish, speckled trout and crab from the canals on the property and the 485' lighted pier. Grill your catch on the barbeque pits in the covered picnic areas and near the beach and pool.

The entire townhouse and common grounds, pool, tennis, pickle ball, half court basketball, pier, boat launch, boat slips, docks, and covered barbecue and picnic areas are all available to guests.

In the warm months, there are beach towels available for your use. In cooler weather, warm throws will keep you cozy. There is a tennis court, pickleball court and a half-court basketball in the complex. The boat launch is just outside of the gate and is easily accessible, and boat slips are also available. There is one reserved parking space for the unit; however, there are many open spaces for additional vehicles and trailers.

We allow up to 2 well-behaved, house trained dogs, as long as they are not allowed on the furniture and you install the couch covers provided on each couch. There is a $85 non-refundable pet fee per dog.

Check into Perfect Paradise anytime after 4:00 PM with the door code. Check out is at 11:00 AM, and occasionally early entry or late check out can be arranged. I am just a text, email or phone call away if you encounter any issues. I have a full array of vendors available, should one be required.
