Awesome place to stay

We loved everything about our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the water, and fishing while relaxing under the shaded area. We look forward to our next visit.

Great place to stay

Needed a house to accommodate our group and this house had everything we needed. Clean house and access to outdoor grill, fishing pier and pool. Convenient location and right on the water. Would stay here again!

Very nice condo but did not realize there would be so many stairs. Views were excellent. Condo was very well appointed.

Coastal Charm

Very nice second floor condo with primary on main floor and another bedroom upstairs. Great view of the canal and Fulton Beach coastline from the deck. Great location to Copano bay for fishing as well as the Rockport/ Fulton restaurants and shops.

Convenient, quiet, comfortable

Second story with narrow exterior stairs. Inside well appointed. Very quiet (mid-September). We did not cook, but were glad to find a drip coffee maker (in addition to a Kurig.)

Thank you for sharing this feedback. We regret the confusion the guest experienced when accessing the pier. The access code provided in our listing and check-in instructions is accurate; however, it appears there was a synchronization issue with the third-party gate system at the time of their stay. Our team has confirmed that the correct code is now functioning properly and will continue to monitor it to prevent future discrepancies. We appreciate guests bringing such details to our attention, as it helps ensure a smoother experience for future visitors.
