Brand new cottage! This cottage is centrally located off of Kootenai Cutoff, 10 miles to Schweitzer Ski Resort, 3 miles to downtown Sandpoint and City Beach, and less than a mile from Highway 95. The cottage is surrounded by shops, coffee stands, Walmart, restaurants, and other conveniences. The cottage faces McNearney Park - the perfect place for children to run about while you watch them from the front porch. Granite countertops, full laundry space, boot dryers, ski rack+!

(A kitchen is a must!) Having lived all over the world, we decided to settle in Sandpoint because it is a one-of-a-kind town with all of the beauty of the northwest. The city and the lake are beautiful!
