Nestled on a fully fenced private acre, the property feels like your own personal orchard, featuring more than 25 fruit trees, berry bushes, and colorful seasonal flowers throughout the grounds. Whether you’re visiting for outdoor adventure, relaxation, or family time, this home offers the perfect North Idaho getaway.

Guests love the property’s peaceful rural setting, large fire pit, and pet-friendly accommodations. The home features two spacious levels, multiple entertainment areas, two large decks, Smart TVs, ping-pong, and a massage chair for unwinding after a day of exploring.

I grew up in the beautiful Pacific Northwest in the city of Lake Oswego and attended Oregon State University, later participating in an exchange program at Arizona State University. What was originally intended to be a temporary adventure turned into a permanent move, and I now call Scottsdale home. Along the way, I also spent nearly a decade living in Issaquah.

My professional background is in finance, capital formation, and real estate development. In recent years, a lifelong interest evolved into a business and passion in the world of crystals, minerals, and natural treasures—a journey that came about through a series of unexpected opportunities and experiences.

I have two grown sons and enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether it's hiking, boating, skiing, fishing, exploring nature, or simply enjoying mountain and lake scenery, I appreciate nearly everything the outdoors has to offer.

One of the primary reasons I purchased a home in the Dover / Sandpoint area was to enjoy the incredible natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and relaxed lifestyle that make this region so special. I look forward to sharing that experience with guests and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy spending time here.

One of the things we love most about this property is its location. You'll find excellent hiking and biking trails practically right outside the front door, yet you're only about 5–6 minutes from downtown Sandpoint (25min's to Schweitzer Ski Resort), its charming shops and restaurants, and the area's beautiful beach and waterfront parks.

The home sits on nearly an acre of fully fenced property, providing plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors. Our dogs absolutely love having room to roam, and many guests with pets appreciate the extra space as well.

During the fall and winter months, when the leaves have fallen, the property opens up to beautiful mountain and lake views that make the setting even more special. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee on the deck or relaxing after a day of adventure, the scenery never gets old.

The house itself is a spacious 3,000-square-foot retreat featuring a large wraparound deck, comfortable living spaces, and a peaceful setting that perfectly captures the spirit of North Idaho. It's a home we truly love, and we're excited to share it with others who appreciate the beauty, recreation, and lifestyle that make this area so exceptional.
