Guest Access:
The apartment door is equipped with a smart lock so you can self check-in and check-out. During your stay, the entire apartment is yours to enjoy.
We also allow luggage drop-off subject to availability. It is usually possible before check-in starting at 12:00 PM, and after check-out until 1:00 PM.
Luggage must be left inside the apartment in an organized manner so the cleaning team can properly prepare the unit.
Please note that luggage cannot be left at the building lobby.
Luggage drop-off must be coordinated with the host in advance.
The pool, gym, and sauna are shared amenities in the building. Please feel free to contact the lobby to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your desired date of use.

Walking in the neighborhood is safe and enjoyable. It's a few minutes walk to Kennedy park, cafes bars a restaurants. If you like to go around the downtown we recommend to take a Uber or Cabify to do some sightseeing in the historic city of Lima.

Getting Around:
We recommend to take a Uber or Cabify to explore the historic city of Lima. Usually they are 5 minutes away from any pickup point.
Other Things to Note:
Guest names, IDs must be provided before checking in to be registered in the building. Please let us know in advance if you will use the parking spots, the plate and model of the cars. Common areas can be reserved per time slot per apartment.
All guests are required to present their ID at the front desk upon arrival, as per building regulations.
Security staff may verify or take a photo of the ID for internal registration. This process is quick and mandatory for all visitors.
