Comfortable and Convenient Studio Apartment centrally located with easy access to all of NYC. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer, allowing for a comfortable and convenient stay. Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning and heating. The unit has everything you need, from the 40" flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi to the iron/ ironing board and hair dryer.



The Space:

The studio apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including stylish and modern decor. The bed is comfortable and will ensure you have a good night's sleep, and while the apartment is perfect for 1-2 people, we can also provide you with an air mattress at your convenience, free of charge, to host a third!



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, as well as utensils, dishes and cookware, allowing you to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. The bathroom is also fully equipped with fresh towels. The washer and dryer are also provided, making it easy for you to do your laundry during your stay. The apartment also features air conditioning and heating, ensuring you are comfortable regardless of the weather. The 40" flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi allow for entertainment and staying connected, and the iron/ironing board and hair dryer are also provided for your convenience.



Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!

Additionally, it's also a short walk from several subway lines, making it easy to get around the city for business meetings or events. East 24th Street in the Gramercy Park area of NYC. It's in a very convenient location for transportation, as the building is located close to several subway lines, making it easy to get around the city.
