*** City of Palm Springs Requirement: The City requires all guests to sign an additional written contract and provide a copy of their government-issued ID and vehicle license plate numbers. This verification process is handled on a separate platform called SuiteOp after your reservation is confirmed.



*** Security Hold: A security hold of $750 will be processed 5 days prior to your arrival and returned after a post-checkout inspection. (Please note: This does not apply to Airbnb reservations).



*** Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance. Our policy is as follows:

- 100% Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.

- 50% Refund: For cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in.

- No Refund: For cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.



*** Mail & Package Deliveries: Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered at their own risk. We cannot guarantee successful delivery and recommend using the nearest post office or an Amazon Locker for a more secure option.
