Jonathan was a great host. He communicated every step of the way. Our flight got delayed and he was available for us til we checked in at 1130pm. Our 2 bedroom was nice with AC and hot showers. It was some many food options around us. We will be seeing him again

It was a great property for the price and on a great location too. Stores, food and music was at a reasonable walking distance. Driving around the area wasn’t bad either. Everything was close by, by foot or car. Will definitely use again in the future.

This place is amazing! 5 min walk to the beach, on Calle Loïza, super clean, big rooms and large beds. The host communicates well and quickly. Everything was perfect and I will definitely return!

The city was currently in a water crisis and our host Johnathan handeled it like a true hero. He worked all day and night to make sure we had water and felt very little effects of the crisis. I would recommend a million times.

We had a great time and the apartment was awesome. Everything was in walking distance. The apartment was nice and clean and also smelled good. Even though we were over the restaurant and bar we never heard a sound from downstairs. I would highly recommend that the stay in the apartment it would be great. We also had all the cooking utensils we needed as well.

The apartment was in excellent condition. Very clean and appeared newly refurbished. The beds were comfortable as were the rest of the furnishings. Kitchen supplies were adequate. The apartment is located in a touristy area w/ lots of dining/ drinking options in the area. The beach is about 2 blocks from the apartment. There is a also a supermarket that is open 24 hours and within walking distance and a Walgreens. The supermarket carries wine and beer if you have the need. The area does seem a little sketchy at night but we didn't have an issue with anyone. The neighborhood is a residential location, too. Parking wasn't a problem and we found parking either close to the apartment or less than a block away, most late nights

Great location within walking distance of many restaurants and the beach. If you are a light sleeper, keep in mind the party can sometimes go on all night with the music pumping. The shower was probably the worst part of the stay due to there being no pressure, no hot water, and basically a drip. The air conditioning was amazing we found 68 to be comfortable and turned them off when we left. Nice to have an on-site washer and dryer.Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay... This unit was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable beds, cold ac units. We only had to contact the host once to ask about leaving our bags early and he was responsive and accommodating. The person cleaning the unit was lovely and helpful when we got there. The only 2 things to know before you book are 1)there are stairs to the unit. 2) it is on a busy block so if you are not used to city noises it may be louder than you are used to, but it was never overwhelming. This is our favorite location to stay in San Juan, excellent restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops all up and down the streets, very quick and easy to catch a rideshare in any direction. We will definitely book here again.
