Two primary suites overlook the coastline, while soaring two-story ceilings fill the home with natural light. This renovated residence offers premium finishes, secure parking, spa amenities, and direct beach access. Ideal for executives, business travelers, and FIFA guests seeking an upscale monthly rental close to SoFi Stadium.

This oceanfront penthouse blends modern luxury with panoramic coastal views. The home features soaring ceilings, stone and hardwood floors, and sun-filled spaces throughout. The south-facing position provides all-day light and direct sightlines down the beach. Every level feels open and calm, designed for high-end monthly rentals and extended executive stays.

The residence includes two full primary suites, each with ocean views, private bathrooms, and generous walk-in closets. The third bedroom is an open loft serving as an office, ideal for guests or a dedicated workspace, and can be converted into an additional bedroom. All three bathrooms feature stone surfaces and premium tile, creating a refined and spa-like feel.

The living area opens to dramatic ocean views framed by tall windows. The kitchen includes built-in appliances, ample storage, and a clean, modern design suited for longer stays. A dining area sits beneath double-height ceilings, offering an elegant setting for meals or hosting.

The Marina Peninsula is one of the most exclusive and quiet beach communities in Los Angeles. With almost no through traffic, it feels tucked away while still being close to restaurants, shops, and the marina. The beach is steps from the penthouse, and the Venice Pier, Washington Boulevard, and Abbott Kinney are all a short walk or bike ride away.

Executives and long-term guests appreciate the calm environment combined with easy access to LAX, Playa Vista tech campuses, Santa Monica, and Beverly Hills. SoFi Stadium is close enough for convenient event access while still allowing guests to stay by the ocean in a more peaceful and private setting.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. Unique and significant attractions are abundant within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type who wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

At Open Air Homes, we prepare every detail in advance so that your stay is seamless and enjoyable. Northstar Ocean Penthouse offers a sophisticated beachside retreat designed for monthly guests who want a high level of comfort, privacy, and ease.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Dogs are welcome but must be pre-approved, flea-free, and have no history of behavioral issues. Unauthorized pets may result in additional charges up to $1000 and/or eviction.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

OPEN AIR HOMES HOUSE RULES

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.

- Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
