House was clean. Kitchen was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. Great location and for the most part parking was not a problem.

Location worked out great for us and was close to many areas we wanted to see. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for the few times we did cook.

The place was immaculate, Dahlia was super responsive and a great host. We would stay here again if we come to LA. It was a good set up for our family of 3 plus my parents.

Nice location for universal studios. Sherman oaks is also very nice and quiet, close enough to everything else to drive out and do. Host is very responsive and helpful.

This was a cute and very clean 3-story townhouse in an excellent location for the LA Zoo and Warner Bro Studios. (Each were only about 15 mins away.) Everything was as described. I am very picky about where I stay and I was pleased with this location. The host had great communication and was nice to work with. The only reason this is not receiving 5 stars is because of the noise from the neighbors at 7am on Sunday for over an hour - it was like they were hosting a footrace right above me (on the ground and top floor). The noise insulation is nonexistent. I would stay again, but would take a white noise machine or earplugs.

We had a great stay here! It was exactly as described online. The house was located close to Universal which was perfect for us. The host was easy to communicate with. We had no issues with the the house itself.

Excellent stay.Beautifully presented accommodation.The upkeep and cleanliness was first class!Everything you could need for a perfect stay.The beds and pillows were incredible.Very close to universal.Free parking directly outside the accommodation.Could not find a single fault or negative point to raise. The accommodation exceeded our expectations (we are very fussy and searched for many hours trying to find the right place).Would recommended over and over again.

Great place and location

Property was just as described and location was easy to get to and plenty of street parking. Place was very well updated and clean and if ever back in the area, would rent from again.
