Home away from home! Located in the heart of Sherman Oaks, newly build 3BR/3.5 bath townhouse.
This beautiful 3-floor gated townhouse in Sherman Oaks offers a spacious and comfortable retreat with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is conveniently located on the first floor. The second floor features an open-concept kitchen and living room area, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. On the third floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and their own bathrooms.

Ideal for families or small groups, this modern townhouse provides privacy across its three levels while being located in the heart of Sherman Oaks with easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and shopping.

Very close to Universal studios, Hollywood,Burbank, lots of shops and restaurants close by.

This beautiful and immaculate condo was in a nice neighborhood close to where our son lives. We loved the three stories and the three bedroom 3 1/2 bath which provided a comfortable space for everyone in our family. Three of us were there for five days and it was lovely and the owner was fast with any response to our needs, and she was incredibly kind. We Would definitely come back and stay there in the future. Very grateful.

The description needs to include that the kitchen and living room is on the second. By the pictures one might think that the master bedroom is on the same floor with the kitchen and living room area, it is not. This place has 3 floors. It is not Senior friendly including the bathroom with the master bedroom, the tub was slippery so it was a challenge to get in with nothing to hold onto. It could use a bathtub mat as well. Watching TV was a challenge due to the windows facing west and the sun coming in, perhaps a dark curtain would be helpful.

We appreciate your honest feedback about the listing description. You’re correct — this is a 3-floor townhouse with the kitchen and living room on the second floor, while the master bedroom is on the first floor. We will update the description and photos immediately to make the floor plan much clearer for future guests. We’re sorry the home wasn’t as senior-friendly as expected. We’ve already ordered non-slip bathtub mats. We’re also adding darker curtains/blackout liners to the windows to reduce the afternoon glare so TV viewing is more comfortable. The home was beautiful, clean and new. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We didn't like the street parking but it was easy to find a spot. Also there weren't any utensils in the home to use but they had everything else needed for meals.

The house was very, very clean and spacious. The neighborhood felt safe, and it was relatively easy to find parking. It is located close to Universal Studios and grocery stores. The host responds quickly to messages and is very accommodating. We couldn't find any cooking/eating utensils, so if you plan to use those, you might want to contact the host about it. It wasn't a big deal for us because we had brought the things we needed, but I think the host would have accommodated our needs had I asked about it. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend this property!

Great place and location

Property was just as described and location was easy to get to and plenty of street parking. Place was very well updated and clean and if ever back in the area, would rent from again.
