In Pájara, the sunny Villa Selena with its 6000 m² plot of land is situated in an idyllic environment without many neighbours, making it perfect for those who want to spend a quiet holiday with lots of privacy. The light-flooded holiday house extends over 2 floors and consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet. It can therefore accommodate 16 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, cable TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Moreover, the outdoor area boasts a balcony, a roofed and an open terrace as well as a barbecue area where you can prepare delicious meals. The absolute highlight, however, is the 43 m² pool, which borders on the beautiful Mediterranean garden of the villa - the fantastic view of the mountains invites you to relax here. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are located within 350 m (a 4-minute walk). The villa is the ideal starting point for hiking and trekking tours and also the coast is easily accessible by car.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are allowed.

The host lives in an adjacent area of the property, totally independent of the area for rent.

Guests have their own entrance, and total privacy to enjoy the whole Villa, swimming pool area, barbecue, etc.

It is available for emergencies and special requirements (Paellas, Barbecues, etc.).

Music can be played, and birthday parties can be organized for groups.

5 day extension to holiday in the North

The property is very new and very large! Would be a great venue for a family or group of friends looking for a peaceful and private stay in the South of the island. It would be worth noting that the owner has a private flat on the premises and is sometimes around although i was never bothered by this. The property is not quite finished (some lights not fitted, filler marks to walls etc) but this did not impede my stay. I did miss that there was no washing machine, kettle or coffee machine. Pool is large and welcoming and the beds very comfortable. I was looking for quiet for my last few days on the island and this villa delivered that! Thank you!

Large (Quiet) Villa in the countryside - perfect!

The Villa is massive with very large rooms and just about larger en-suite bathrooms! It sits in wonderful grounds and is virtually silent both day and night which suited our requirements perfectly. There were only two of us so six bedrooms is somewhat of an overkill but the villa’s position on the island meant that we could do everything we wanted to do without spending hours driving. The pool is not heated so if that’s a priority for you then that’s the downside. Suggestions to make the villa better - a welcome pack of essentials such as salt, pepper etc. Most villas we rent have this and it just makes arrival that bit better. Overall though, we would recommend this villa to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the coast - particularly if you have a large family!

ESPERIENA INCREDIBILE, CASA DA SOGNO

Sono stata in questa villa meravigliosa con i miei amici. Eravamo in 13 adulti e 1 bambino di 1 anno. La casa è ancora più bella che nelle foto, è nuovissima, di recente ristrutturazione, elegante ma accogliente, gli spazi sono immensi ma comodi, la pulizia è ottima. Le camere sono giganti con cabine armadio da favola! E che dire delle docce!! Sono grandissime e stupende (in alcune c'è addirittura il lucernario!!). La cucina è gigante e ha tutte le attrezzature necessarie per cucinare. Che dire del giardino, è enorme ma raccolto, è tenuto benissimo, i lettini e le sedie e il tavolo e i divanetti tutti di ottima qualità, inoltre è protetta dal vento. La piscina è stupenda, sempre pulita, e con lo sfondo del bellissimo giardino (meraviglioso) di piante grasse ti regala una vista impagabile. La piscina non è riscaldata e solo uno di noi ha fatto il bagno, ma considerando che siamo andati in autunno quando la temperatura fuori non è caldissima, non si sente l'esigenza di tuffarsi. La zona è molto tranquilla ma c'è tutto per fare la spesa o mangiare fuori in 5 minuti a piedi. Il proprietario Javier è sempre a disposizione, è presente ma non invadente e ci ha trattato benissimo. E' stato il padrone di casa migliore che abbia mai incontrato in tanti anni di affitto case in giro per il mondo. Se non prenotate questa villa non sapete cosa vi perdete!!!! Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Très grande maison et belle piscine

La maison est très grande avec une belle piscine mais non chauffée. Les différents espaces sont immenses. Les équipements electro-ménagers ne sont pas très performants donc pour cuisiner il faut rester dans des plats très simples. Le gros problème a été qu’il n’y a pas assez d’eau chaude pour tout le monde, nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Même en prenant des micro douches, certains avaient des douches froides.

Tolle Villa mit wunderschönem Garten

Pros: Das Haus war sehr groß, geräumig, gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Der Garten mit der großen überdachten Terrasse, der Pool und auch der Grillbereich waren ebenfalls super. Restaurants in Ajuy (ca. 8 Min Fahrt) oder Grand Tarajal (ca. 20 Min Fahrt). Spar-Supermarkt direkt in Pajara, nächster Dino-Supermarkt in Antigua oder Gran Tarajal. Der Eigentümer und Vermieter Javier war jederzeit sehr schnell zur Stelle und sehr sympathisch - an dieser Stelle auch nochmal vielen Dank für den super Service!! :-) .. Wir können das Haus wärmstens an alle Ruhesuchenden empfehlen! :-) Cons: Nichts

Wunderschönes Haus mit klasse Aussenbereich mit Pool

Das Haus ist sehr schön und enorm geräumig. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist windgeschützt, was auf Fuerteventura wichtig ist. Das Gelände ist wunderschön, mit Palmen, Kakteen neben dem Pool und Grillplatz am Hang gelegen. Am Rande des Örtchens Pajara ruhig gelegen und dennoch das Ortszentrum und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Pajara liegt zentral im Mitten der Insel, sodass Strände im Westen und Osten mit dem PKW leicht zu erreichen sind. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Danke!

Super Unterkunft

Riesen Haus, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Toller Pool. Ausgestattet mit Allem, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, wenn man die Ruhe liebt und weit ab vom Massentourismus einen Ort zum Entspannen sucht. Vermieter ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt Tipps für Ausflüge und gute Restaurants. Wir hatten noch nie so eine gute Unterkunft, wie in Pajara.
