The place was immaculate, and everybody around the residence is so friendly. Not to mention the area is extremely convenient with a Super Walmart across the street. This resident definitely enhanced my vacation.

This North Myrtle Beach gem offers a unique blend of new construction luxury and unbeatable location. Built in 2025, the home features professionally styled décor curated by a local designer. You'll love the bright, open floor plan and high-end finishes — perfect for families, friends, or snowbirds seeking comfort near the coast. While many homes near the beach are older or more crowded, this peaceful retreat sits just off Hwy 17, giving you privacy with quick beach access (5 mins by car/golf cart). You're also steps from Main Street’s best shops and eateries, and within walking distance of Starbucks — ideal for morning strolls! ☕🌴 Every detail is thoughtfully designed for guest comfort: a full kitchen, outdoor dining, and a flexible sleeping layout. It's a modern vacation experience just minutes from the sand and surf! Community Update: Covewind is a newer development, so there may be some ongoing construction in the area. Most work is expected to be completed in the coming months.
