*There is not a closet in the secondary bedroom.

Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

** PLEASE NOTE: CELL SERVICE CAN BE EXTREMELY SPOTTY. Sometimes cell service does not work, but there is Wifi.

Pre-Arrival Requirements: As part of our guest screening process, a copy of your ID will be requested after your reservation is confirmed. You will also need to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay.



Accident Protection: When you book with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for accidental damages up to $5,000 with an added fee of $79 included in your total. Full coverage details are provided in the rental agreement. This coverage applies to all bookings.



Security and Liability Notice: External cameras are installed facing the parking area. There are no cameras inside the property. Hosts may monitor external cameras via a secure smartphone app. Cameras must not be tampered with or covered under any circumstances.



CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, except for spring/fall/winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld, no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance
