We really enjoyed our stay at this home, and although our group was small, it has plenty of room for large groups and gatherings, and enough dishes and accommodations to deal with large groups as well! We will definitely be staying here again

This Sedona rental was absolutely gorgeous and so well taken care of. It was clean, comfortable, and had the most amazing views in such a great central location. It was the perfect place for our annual girls’ trip. Our host was excellent, kind, and incredibly easy to communicate with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated the fast communication and warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sedona.

We stayed at Vortex View for a five-night company retreat with seven adults. The home is beautiful, spacious, and well located, but several issues should have been caught before check-in.Trash and recycling from prior guests were left in the kitchen. A foosball table was listed and repeatedly confirmed by the host, but we later learned there had never been one. The ping-pong setup was missing until the next day, after our planned game night had passed. Wi-Fi was unreliable enough that we purchased Starlink so our team could work. Most concerning was a security risk: a cleaner entered the occupied property while our group was away, without advance notice or permission. We had company laptops, passports, wallets, and other belongings inside.Along with chipped paint, there was also visible tape on the stairs from what appeared to be a temporary or unfinished repair, which felt out of place in a high-end rental. The host ultimately acknowledged the problems and issued a 3,000 partial refund, but resolution required repeated contact with Vrbo. As the organizer, I spent far too much of the retreat troubleshooting and managing property issues instead of enjoying it with my team. The house has real potential, and I hope the promised improvements to turnover, Wi-Fi, amenity accuracy, and property-access procedures are implemented.Additionally, it took a full 14 days for the host to release our security deposit.
