Guests have private access to the entire upstairs unit. Please note this is a second-floor walk-up with a separate entrance. Street parking only is available.

Getting Around:

Spirit Lake is best explored by car, as public transportation is limited in the area. There’s plenty of free street parking available right in front of the home. Guests can rent a car locally for day trips around the lakes or to nearby towns like Okoboji and Arnolds Park. Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are limited but occasionally available — we recommend scheduling in advance if possible. Biking is also a great way to explore the nearby parks and lakes during warmer months.

• The rental does not have a TV, but does have wifi!

• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 2 levels, with 16 stairs.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

• There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
