To help us maintain top-notch service and quality, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following house rules:

1. **Towel Care:** Please avoid using makeup on the white towels to prevent stains. A $15 charge will apply for each stained towel.

2. **Sand-Free Zone:** Kindly shake off any sand before entering the apartment. Extra cleaning fees may apply if excess sand is found inside.

3. **Lost Keys:** A $100 fee will be charged for lost keys. Please use the lockbox when leaving the property to avoid any issues.

4. **Guest Limit:** After the second guest, there’s a $10 per night fee for any additional guest, with a max of 3 people. Please arrange this with us beforehand. Violating this rule may result in reservation cancellation without a refund.

5. **Energy Saving:** Help us keep costs down by closing the doors when using the A/C, and turning off the lights and A/C when you leave the apartment.

6. **Late Check-Out:** Unscheduled late check-outs affect our housekeeping and future guests. If you stay beyond your check-out time, a fee equivalent to one night's stay will apply. Thanks for understanding!
