Location, Cleanliness, Comfort, Air Conditioner and Ceiling fan, Cable TV & Wifi.
Come and enjoy this small unit but big enough to relax and enjoy your vacations! It also have a nice patio with a table, chairs and a BBQ , where you can make some of your meals. This unit is very well located. We are in the extended Condado área, called Ocean Park, steps to the trendy Ocean Park beach and Calle Loiza. At calle Loiza is where the action is, and you will find all kinds of stores, a great variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Everything is near and walking distance!!!
The unit is also equipped with 2 kitchen burners, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker & toaster.
And if you rent a car (not so big) you can park it inside.

Our area is cheaper than Condado where all the hotels are. Stay as a tourist and pay as a local at Ocean Park!!!

Air conditioner and fan should be TURN OFF when exiting the unit. $10 per night charge: to have them on, even when exiting the unit.

Was a wonderful host. Felt like family. Love the place and very quiet and near the beach. I loved it.will definitely rent again.

I don’t recommend it

The owner charges extra if you don’t wash the dishes big are $30 medium $20 and small $10 that sounds ridiculous to me also if you leave the a/c on when you leave the house it’s a $10 extra per day or she can turn off the electricity, so rude I don’t feel comfortable at all

Would not rent again

I will not be renting again from this listing for the following reasons. Listing is listed in the Condado area but it’s actually in Ocean Park in a sketchy neighborhood and 10 mins to Condado and Isla Verde. If you do prepare to Uber everywhere if you don’t rent a car. Security at this location is nonexistent. I stayed in the 1B/1B and front door doesn’t have a way to lock the only lock is the gate that leads to the street. If you use an “excessive “ amount of electricity the host will try and charge you a daily fee to use the AC which they have a switch in their house. Very clean but out dated and house is older style so there’s no actual windows only shutters. You can hear everything and everyone and they can hear you.
