Enjoy lakefront living in this modern, newly built 2-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor condo at Kapilana Resort, featuring elevated panoramic lake views and a private patio overlooking the water brought to you by JALStays. Located on the third (top) floor (only 1 flight of stairs from main level parking) of a 3-story, 9-unit building, this condo offers added privacy, beautiful sightlines, and a spacious open-concept layout—perfect for couples, families, or friends visiting Lake of the Ozarks.



The primary bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub—ideal for relaxing after a day on the lake. The second bedroom includes a plush queen bed with lake views and a generous closet. The living room also offers a full-size pullout sofa to comfortably accommodate additional guests, along with a 55" Smart TV.



This thoughtfully designed condo includes stainless steel finishes, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private patio ideal for enjoying sunsets over the lake. Guests also have access to the community pool, outdoor grilling area, and exclusive discounted boat rental available only to Kapilana guests.

A great place to stay, having plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms was wonderful. They provided the basic necessities such as shampoo and conditioner. The bedding and towels provided were great quality. The kitchen had the essentials needed to eat in. Overall a great place for a great price!

Condo was very clean and looks just like the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked, and you can tell the owners take pride in their condo. Towels provided were of good quality, which you don't always find. The provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were very nice and not the cheap stuff. Had one tiny issue one night with the water pressure, and when I contacted the host, he responded right away. It was fixed within minutes; pressure just had to re-build. Will definitely be returning.

This host is amazing! Excellent communication and genuinely felt like he wanted us to have a great stay. The cleaning service is awful. Upon check in, the place looked like it had not been cleaned. I took pics and immediately notified the host, to which he immediately replied and said the cleaning lady would be there within a couple hours. She did show up and took care of a few issues. My biggest complaint with this property is the cleaning service.
