Welcome to our private escape in North East Mesa! Located right near the 202 for easy access to all local amenities, this beautifully-updated property is the perfect retreat for family gatherings, golf trips, bachelor/ette celebrations, or just a relaxing getaway. In the breathtaking backyard, enjoy the luxurious setting complete with a pool, fire pit area, putting green, shuffleboard court, and more. You'll find yourself just a short walk away from a local park to go enjoy the outdoors. The home itself has 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, plus thoughtful design touches throughout.



Step inside to find a beautifully designed sanctuary with room for everyone. The main living area, filled with natural light, offers ample seating and a smart TV for communal relaxation. Each of the five bedrooms promises restful nights, with lavish king beds in four rooms and two sets of full-over-full bunk beds in the fifth for younger guests or those young at heart. A modern en-suite bathroom in the primary bedroom ensures privacy, while a shared full bath and an extra half bath cater to group needs.
