PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $35 per pet applies.

Please note: no smoking or vaping, no parties, and a minimum booking age of 25. Community quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM.

No smoking or vaping or a $500 fine applies for disinfection.
Community quiet hours are 10pm-8am. and there is a no party policy at condo complex.
