Upstairs, the loft overlooking the main living area offers extra sleeping spaces, and there is an additional bedroom and full bathroom on this upper level. The lower level includes the rec room which doubles as a third bedroom with a Murphy bed. This room boasts billiards and a cozy sitting area with TV and gas log stove, as well as access to the lower deck. A half bathroom with laundry complete the lower level. Topanga Treez sleeps 9 guests in 3 bedrooms plus the loft (the downstairs rec room doubles as the third bedroom). Bedroom 1 is on the main floor with a King bed. Bedroom 2 is upstairs with a Queen bed. The upstairs loft features a bunk/trundle bed (2 Full beds and 1 Twin). Downstairs, the rec room/bedroom 3 features a Queen Murphy bed. There is a full bathroom on the main level and a full bathroom upstairs. The lower level features a half bathroom + laundry.
