Excellent spot outside of town! Communication and check in was great. It’s clean and simple, and 15-20 minutes away from everything in Duluth. It was also very easy to get to the North Shore.

Everything was as good as I could have expected. The only 2 small issues were it would have been convenient to have had a microwave and a way to secure the unit when I wasn't present and my possessions were left inside.I would definitely stay here again anytime I am in the area.

Overall I’d give my stay a 4/5 stars. Nothing to complain about except I think there should be info letting you know that someone may staying in a separate small cabin right next to you and you share amenities (grill, fire pit, parking, etc) also the owners also live further up the driveway on the property, so it really isn’t as private as one may think and even though I don’t do anything shady it’s always awkward when the owners are around and you feel like you have eyes on you. Other than that a microwave would be nice. Thanks for the stay.

Thank you for staying with us and leaving the place so clean. I will add an extra grill. There is a fire pit designated specifically for this unit behind the building so you wouldn't have to share. My residence is on the property 300 ft up the driveway separated by trees so as to give as much privacy as possible. Also I am on sight to help with any needs that guests might have. You are welcome back anytime.
