Welcome to our home built in 2025, inspired by clean and cozy Japanese-Korean design. There are 4 comfy bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and bathtub – perfect for relaxing after a beach day! The house is just 7 mins to the beach, and close to local food spots, cafes, and shops.
It is fully equipped with a kitchen, washer, dryer, and fast Wi-Fi.
Bright, peaceful, and ideal for families or groups looking for a home-away-from-home in Da Nang.

I got bored of traveling. All I wish to do is to dip my head into locals living, to live in places that I am fortunate enough to come. Eat the same spots with neighbors, rowing at night, ride the bike across town, get that Tra Da from the lady in that corner, go check the places and get the off menu item.

This cozy 4-floor home (plus rooftop) doesn’t have an elevator, but trust us — the custom concrete staircase is a feature, not a bug! Designed in brutalist style, crafted over months by our architect & builders — a true treat for design lovers.

A beautiful double-height open space with:
Living room & kitchen combo — full of light and fresh air
Big sliding doors open to the backyard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor vibe
Movie nights? We’ve got a 55" Smart TV, ready with Netflix & YouTube!
SECOND FLOOR
1 bedroom with private bathroom
Queen bed (1.6 x 2.0m)
Shower only (no bathtub)
THIRD FLOOR
2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms 🛁
King beds (1.8 x 2.0m)
Private balconies connecting bed & bath
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors = light + fresh breeze 🌬️
FOURTH FLOOR – Private Studio Suite
Giant platform bed with king mattress
A peaceful soaking granito tub under a skylight – sunlight by day, moonlight by night
Comes with second kitchen, fridge, dining table — perfect for late-night snacks or a little party
ROOFTOP
This space is kept empty — currently houses A/C units & water tanks.
You can enjoy the view of the neighborhood here but Please be mindful if you go up
FEATURES & AMENITIES
Coin laundry on the ground floor – brand-new Japanese machines. If you want to do your laundry late, please just let us know. We can keep the machine run until midnight - 12AM.
2 fully equipped kitchens: induction stove, microwave, rice cooker, pots, pans, and dinnerware for 8
