The property was very clean, maintained well, and there was plenty of space to accommodate 4 guests. The property contact was also very responsive.

House was remodeled but we were disappointed with the stay! Host was very responsive until we checked in and never replied to any messages. The handle to the glass door is broke, as soon as we opened the storm door to the house- the entire house reeked in weed. We left for a couple hours to explore the city and came back to the same smell. It was strong enough that our clothes smell like it( immediately thrown in washer when we got home). There was no way in heck the cleaning crew cleaned the house. There was left over food crumbs in the microwave. Cigarette ashes all over the table in the family room. There were chip crumbs in 2 of the beds on the fitted sheet. 3rd bedroom had hair all over the sheets and we found 2 spiders living their best lives on the pillow and in the sheets. No extra blankets for my husband and I who had to sleep on the couches. Shower was not cleaned, hair left in the shower and on the walls. House is upgraded and very nice but cleaning crew not taking care of it is ruining the stay.

The glass door handle had unfortunately been damaged by a previous guest shortly before your arrival and was scheduled for repair. We regret that this impacted your stay. Regarding cleanliness, the home was serviced prior to check-in; however, it appears certain details may have been overlooked due to a tight turnaround between reservations. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we are addressing this directly with our cleaning team to ensure it does not happen again. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and will continue working to maintain the high standards our guests expect.
