Karen and her guests were some of the best renters I've had in my house since I started renting it out. On a scale of one to ten with ten being the best score I would rate her a 10 plus. I highly recommend any host to welcome Karin into their location if she travels through your area. If Karin and her guests ever traveled back this way she will always be more than welcome.

Cheryl and her guests are welcome back to my vacation home any time they travel through this area They were very respectful of everything inside of the house. They left the house immaculate. If I could rate Cheryl and her guests on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest, I would rate them at a 10 plus. Cheryl thank you, JimBo
