Lovely apartment with balcony and terrace near Fontanilla beach The luminous and welcoming Apartment Amaya has a balcony with sea views and is located in the popular residential area La Atalaya, on the Fontanilla beach in Conil. The apartment has a well equipped kitchenette (with dishwasher and oven), a lounge and dining area (with internet access and air conditioning warm and cold), as well as two bedrooms (one double and one twin), and a family bathroom. The balcony faces south-west, and has enough space for four people to enjoy al fresco dining at sunset. A few steps lead to the lower part of the terrace. The apartment can be heated with the air-conditioning in the living room and free-standing radiators and is therefore suitable for winter rentals. Dogs are welcome but have to be confirmed with the booking (extra 60,50 Euros/stay).

VFT/CA/03387 The apartment is situated in the sought-after residential area of Atalaya Park. This tranquil area is only a short walk away from what is maybe the most beautiful beach of Conil, La Fontanilla (popular for its beach bars and the famous restaurant Francisco Fontanilla which opens onto the sand and sea). The old town of Conil is only a 10 minute stroll. The walk to the beach leads through a little park, where you will find a tapa bar with stunning sea views. Next to it is a playground and a large area for playing football and similar activities. There is also a typical Spanish restaurant close by.

Apartment Amaya

We had a 11 night stay in this apartment. It is located in a neighborhood about 15 mins walk away from the old town. From the terrace you have a sea view. The apartment is spacious and has good facilities. There is a TV on which you can log onto your Netflix account. There are a few nice restaurants and bars nearby if you don’t feel like a walk into town. We had a couple of issues with the outside area at the beginning of our stay but these were dealt with and resolved very quickly. The sun on the terrace in May came out about 2.00 until 7.00 at night which was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought Conil was lovely.

Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen. Alle freundlich und hilfsbereit, gemeldete Mängel wurden unkompliziert und sofort behoben. Wohnung großzügig für 2 Personen. Ein Zimmer konnte als Koffer-Ankleidezimmer benutzt werden. Nähe zum Strand und centro optimal. keine Probleme mit Parkplatz.

Nah zum Strand und Blick zum Meer

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr nah zum Strand, so dass man auch mal kurz ein kühles Getränk holen konnte. Kurze Wege zum Einkaufen auch zu Fuß. Straße direkt neben der EG Wohnung, was doch zu erheblichen Lärm auch Nachts führte. Aber über alles betrachtet, sehr schöne Wohnung mit Blick zum Meer.
