Flat with private terrace in the historic old town, old fishermen's quarter, central and quiet area. At 150 metres (real) from the beach and at the same distance from the centre of the village, grocery shops very close. Traditional renovated house, modern and functional decoration.
It has a living room with a sofa-bed and a bedroom. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, mixer and kettle. Hot water by solar energy. Air conditioning and satellite TV in living room and bedroom, WIFI, iron, hairdryer, cot. There are 4 more flats, which can also be rented.

Apartamento más que recomendable para una pareja. Amplio, cómodo, limpio, con todos los enseres necesarios en la cocina. Ubicación ideal, muy cerca de la playa y en una zona tranquila aunque cercana al centro, en un barrio típico de Conil.

Great location

The location of the property was great - just a short walk from the bars, restaurants and beach. We were able to park along the beachfront for free at this time of year so that was perfect. It would be better if we could have had a telephone number to call prior to our arrival rather than email and although we did manage to get an email through we did not receive a response. When we arrived at the property we had to wait a while, around 20 minutes, for someone to let us in. It was plenty big enough for us for a few days the the view from the terrace was lovely. It would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the fridge when we arrived and possibly a small welcome pack as this would be welcomed and the cost would be minimal. These little things always go a long way. However, our stay was good and we would recommend the apartment to others.

Nice accommodation close to the sea

It is a nice cozy apartment near to the sea in central Conil. Supermarkets and city center in short walking distance but quiet at the same time. Nice view of the sea. We enjoyed our stay!
