This basement suite is located in a quiet, convenient spot of downtown Port Colborne, just minutes from the Welland Canal, where you can stroll along the promenade, watch ships pass through the locks, or enjoy local cafés and restaurants by the water. The neighbourhood is walkable and friendly, with parks, grocery stores, and everyday essentials close by. It’s also only a few minutes to major family attractions like the Port Colborne Historical & Marine Museum and the Friendship Trail.



Getting Around:

The local service Niagara Region Transit Route 25 runs through downtown Port Colborne and stops at places like King St & Seventh St and near City Hall.

You can also use the city’s on-demand transit service (NRT On‑Demand) which operates in Port Colborne Monday to Saturday, roughly 7 a.m.–10 p.m.

For local travel it’s easy to walk or bike: you’re in the downtown core, close to cafés, the canal, and small-shops.
